Hi, I'm Paul. And you've landed on my personal website.

**As a child, I dreamed of becoming a writer.** This desire inspired me to program a literature portal - a place where my friends and I could share our ideas and thoughts during school time. This dream became a journey: 20 years in the tech industry, in which I worked in almost every conceivable role around technology. Now my childhood dream has come true: In January 2025, my first novel, Riaru, was published.

**Today I live at the intersection of technology, leadership and creativity.** As CTO at Vention and Certified Claude Architect, I help companies implement successful technology and AI projects. In my podcast, I share my knowledge about tech products and leadership. I also accompany teams and companies as a mentor and consultant to find orientation in the digital world.
